Available for use on all products and ranges in the Depot Shops at all our centres. Please note that these gift vouchers are physical vouchers, you can purchase digital vouchers that can be redeemed on climbing entries and punch cards here.

Text On Depot Voucher: This voucher can only be redeemed against products in the Depot Climbing Shop. No replacement will be given by Depot Climbing should this voucher be lost or stolen. This Voucher may be exchanged for products of a lower or equal price than this voucher, change will not be given. This voucher can be used alongside other gift vouchers but cannot be used with any other offers, We reserve the right to change the terms and conditions at any time. This voucher must be used within 6 months of purchase.

Please be aware vouchers may be sent through Royal Mail rather than through the DPD parcel delivery service. This is dependent on whether additional items are also bought with the vouchers and the value of the vouchers being sent. They are sent via Royal Mail 48 hour tracked and please be aware they can take up to 14 days to be delivered.
