Anna Davey & Tom Kaskow Coaching Clinics
Anna is a qualified personal trainer, a strength and conditioning specialist, and an online and in-person climbing coach from Perth, Australia.
Anna now wants to share her knowledge with other climbers, aspiring competitors, and athletes around the world.
Anna Davey
After years of being at the top of the Australian rankings, Anna went on to compete in the 2019 World Cup Tour and the World Championships where she learned valuable experiences and insights into what it takes to be a top competitor.
Assisting Anna in her clinics will be Tom Kaskow; Tom is a powerlifter and climber from Perth Australia. He is known for having the strongest pinch grip in Western Australia!
We are really excited to be able to offer you the opportunity to take some tips and insights from Anna and Tom in this limited edition set of clinics.
Sessions will be taking place on Sunday, 25th June.
What clinics are available?
We have a choice of two clinics with 12 spaces per session.
Booking early is encouraged to avoid disappointment.
Clinics are for those aged 16+.
Beginner Clinic
For those climbing V0-V4
Join Anna and Tom as you learn how to warm up effectively, essential footwork drills, and get an introduction to dynamic movement, onsight & projecting skills before a cool down and Q&A session.
Intermediate Clinic
For those climbing V4+
Anna and Tom will take you through how to warm up effectively, advanced footwork drills, dynamic movement, onsight and projecting skills and power training tips before a cool down and Q&A.
Registrations
Registration forms must be completed prior to taking part in the induction/classes. These can be completed online, via the links below.
All adults participating in the clinic must complete the adult unsupervised registration form and watch the centre induction video prior to taking part.
