Yoga & Climbing
Yoga is a fantastic way to complement your climbing.
Yoga is an excellent practice for enhancing both physical and mental well-being, making it particularly beneficial for climbers. It improves flexibility, strength, and balance, which are crucial for tackling challenging routes and maintaining proper body alignment while climbing.
Additionally, yoga promotes mindfulness and breath control, helping climbers manage anxiety and stay focused during high-pressure situations.
The emphasis on relaxation and recovery in yoga can also aid in injury prevention and enhance overall body awareness, allowing climbers to listen to their bodies and respond to its needs.
By incorporating yoga into your routine, you can improve performance on the wall while fostering a greater sense of overall health and well-being.
We run two weekly classes in our new dedicated yoga space on Tuesdays at 6-7 pm and on Thursdays at 7-8 pm.

Then join this 60-minute vinyasa flow class where we’ll move mindfully through a series of postures with our breath.
No experience is necessary for anyone interested in yoga, from beginner to experienced. Drop in (or out!) anytime.
Yoga for All – Becky McGovern has been practising yoga for over 20 years and loves to help people discover their own movement through yoga to improve their everyday well-being.
Becky’s classes are suitable for all abilities and experience levels, and suited to those who want to develop their all-around movement for all walks of life.

Yoga for Climbing
Yoga is a fantastic way to complement your climbing.
These 60 minute classes will focus on the connection between yoga and climbing movement.
Yoga for Climbing – Join @flow.with.jess as you improve your mobility, develop flexibility, and gain strength for climbing in a relaxing environment.
All abilities and experience levels are welcome for this yoga class with a focus on climbing-specific movement.

Yoga Booking
