To make the most of our extensive gym sessions, sign up for our FREE instructor-led inductions to the equipment you’ll need in our gym area.

Gym Inductions Booking
Our instructor-led inductions are free of charge with your normal entry or monthly/annual passes.
Simply pick a date and time from the available slots, and we’ll see you soon!
Open to anyone aged 14 years plus*
*Those aged 14-17 years will require a parent or guardian to both book the session and attend the induction as a participant with them.
All participants will need to complete a registration form below prior to your visit. Additionally, on the day, when you arrive at the centre, you will be required to fill out a gym-specific form.
Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your session; we will not be able to accommodate late arrivals.
Registrations
Before taking part in a session, both the parent/guardian and attending child must watch the video induction together. Following this, a registration form must be completed prior to taking part in Kids Club or NIBAS classes. These can be completed online via the link below. Under-18 forms must be completed by a parent or legally appointed guardian for kids climbing in Nottingham.
