We offer a range of classes, coaching services, and social and educational sessions to all ages and abilities.
Social Climbing at Depot Big Depot Leeds
Climbing & Community go hand-in-hand, so we offer a range of social climbing sessions that are guided by our expert coaches and instructors to not only get you climbing up the walls, but making new friends too!
From Women’s Nights and Belay Buddies to LGBTQ+ and ParaClub Climbing, there is something for everyone in our social sessions.
All sessions are free-with-entry to attend, and as community and socialising are at their core, you can enjoy a free brew and meet and greet before each session.

Adult Classes at Depot Big Depot Leeds
Getting into climbing couldn’t be simpler, learn the ropes at Big Depot, Leeds. We have affordable and flexible classes and sessions structured for beginners.
From learning the basics and Auto Belays in our Intro Class to our popular Beginner Roped Classes then onwards and upward to Learning to Lead Class.
We have an expert team of friendly instructors who can get you started. They are on hand to guide you through the whole process, helping you gain the confidence and skills to climb independently.

Junior Climbing at Depot Big Depot Leeds
At Big Depot Climbing, we run great clubs for our younger climbers keen on indoor climbing. All abilities are catered for and we provide all the necessary climbing equipment.
We have a range of junior sessions, from our fun and flexible Kids & Junior Clubs to our progressive evening and weekend classes with Wild Climbers and NICAS. These sessions are extremely popular and advance booking is always recommended.
From absolute beginners to those wanting to compete at the highest standard; we have expert tuition on hand as all of our sessions are run by a fully qualified team of instructors and include all equipment.

Classes & Sessions Booking
Classes need to be booked in advance and can be done online, over the phone, or at the centre.
There is also an option for block booking and booking multiple weeks in advance.
This does not have to be consecutive weeks, if there is a week you cannot make, then as long as Big Depot Climbing Centre knows in advance, the bookings can be rolled over to a different date.

All classes are on a first-come first served basis. You can book as many weeks as you like in order to save your spot.
