Registration Forms
If you’re not already on our system, you’ll need to fill in a quick Depot Climbing Registration form before you climb. The simplest way to do this is online before you visit, using the links below, you can select your local Depot centre.

Depot Climbing Registration
Simply select your local wall from the list below, this will take you to the relevant page where you can fill out your Depot Climbing registration form.
This includes 18+ supervised & unsupervised, U18 supervised & 14-17 unsupervised.
If you are only attending the centres to spectate, you still require a registration form. All U18 forms must be filled out by a legal parent or guardian.
Who can complete registration forms (on the website)
Registration forms must be completed by a parent, guardian or Care Manager. When completing the form and signing the supervision form a guardian must accept the responsibility for all terms and conditions and anyone they are supervising.
